Also referred to as Home Health these organizations provide short-term skilled nursing and/or rehabilitative services to homebound persons.  Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Administration or private insurance may cover these services.  These organizations must be licensed and if choosing to participate in the federal programs must also be certified.
