Board of Directors and Advisory CouncilBoard of Directors and Advisory Council The core of NEIL AAA is its Board of Directors, assisted by the Advisory Council. The Board and Council represent the eight counties of the service area. A majority of members of each group are aged 60 or older, and a wide range of experience and professions is represented. Through their professional work and as volunteers and participants, Board and Council members stay in touch with their communities and with state and national aging issues.
