Transportation Assistance
Transporting older persons to and from community facilities and resources for purposes of acquiring/receiving services, participate in activities or attending events in order to reduce isolation and promote successful independent living. Service may be provided through projects specially designed for older persons, use of public transportation systems, or volunteer program transportation.
