USAging’s 50th Annual Conference, Tradeshow, and Award Ceremony brought together more than 1,300 professionals from across the Aging Network for four days of impactful learning, networking, and collaboration in Chicago. The event marked a significant milestone, celebrating USAging’s 50 years of service while also looking ahead to the future of aging services and honoring achievements over the past year. AgeGuide was proud to attend, contribute, volunteer, and receive an award.
One of the highlights of the conference was the presentation of the 2025 Aging Innovations and Achievement Awards, which recognized programs that are redefining what it means to serve older adults. AgeGuide was once again presented with an Aging Innovations Award for our Medicare Outreach and Education Initiative, an effort designed to make Medicare more accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly for diverse communities.
The award-winning initiative uses digital platforms, including VideoAsk, Hootsuite, and multilingual video content, to deliver timely, culturally responsive Medicare information to older adults. AgeGuide’s educational videos, available in Spanish, Polish, Hindi, and more, provide practical guidance on topics like Medicare enrollment and navigating plan finders.
By using targeted digital outreach, AgeGuide reached more than 163,000 community members with vital information during Medicare Open Enrollment. The initiative not only improved access and engagement among underserved populations but also enhanced cost-effectiveness and reduced reliance on in-person services.
“We’re incredibly honored to receive this national recognition,” said Marla Fronczak, CEO of AgeGuide. “Our team has worked hard to bring innovation and inclusivity to the forefront of our Medicare outreach efforts. This award affirms the power of digital tools in helping older adults make informed healthcare decisions.”
AgeGuide’s recognition at USAging’s 50th Annual Conference is a testament to the organization’s leadership in advancing creative, equitable, and impactful aging services. As the field continues to evolve, AgeGuide remains committed to staying ahead of the curve, meeting older adults where they are, in the language they understand, and through the technology they use.
