AgeGuide is soliciting Letters of Interest from non-profit and local government organizations qualified to receive Federal/State financial assistance grant funding to provide services for older adults (age 60+) as authorized under Title III-C1 and III-C2 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (Public Law 89-73) in KANKAKEE COUNTY.
The funding period is October 1, 2020 – September 30, 2021.
Fundable services include: Congregate Meals (III-C1) and Home Delivered Meals (III-C2).
This funding opportunity is for services to be provided in Kankakee County, Illinois.
Service providers must adhere to General Service Requirements and Title III-C Service Standards.
Successful applicants must comply with all pre-qualification requirements including, but limited to, current DUNS and SAM numbers, acceptable fiscal management/stability (including the ability to meet matching requirements), be in good standing with the Secretary of State and not be on any Federal or State Debarred, Suspended, Stop Payment or Excluded Parties listings
