Lombard, IL – The Board of Directors of AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois appointed Patty Steffens to the Agency’s Advisory Council as a Kendall County representative. Patty will serve a three-year term.
Patty is the Community Relations Director for Fox Valley Community Services which provides home care and adult day services in Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, and LaSalle Counties. She works closely with AgeGuide funded and community partners in Kendall Counties to help older adults remain independent and in the community by providing home and community based services and supports.
“AgeGuide is excited to welcome Patty to the Advisory Council” said Marla Fronczak, Chief Executive Officer for AgeGuide. “Her experience and understanding of the needs of older adults will prove beneficial in this new role with AgeGuide.”
Patty served as a volunteer, member of the Board and Director at Fox Valley Community Services which demonstrates her commitment to the organization. Her leadership led to her being hired as their Community Relations Director. Patty is passionate about serving older adults and her expertise will be a great asset to the Advisory Council.

AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois is a nonprofit organization responsible for developing and coordinating a network of services for older adults throughout the eight county region.
