AgeGuide’s 2026 Aging Summit is bringing together professionals, advocates, community leaders and partners to explore what it takes to create livable communities where people can thrive at every age. This event would not be possible without the organizations investing in this work alongside us.
We are proud to recognize AARP as our Gold Sponsor. AARP works to empower people to choose how they live as they age, advocating for the health, financial security and well-being of older adults nationwide.
Our Silver Sponsors, Addus HomeCare and Top Box Foods, represent two important pieces of a livable community: access to care and access to nutritious food. Addus provides personal care, home health and other services that help older adults and people with disabilities receive support where they live. The nonprofit Top Box Foods works with community organizations across Chicagoland to expand access to healthy food.
