Lombard, IL – The Board of Directors of AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois appointed Jennifer Agne to the Agency’s Advisory Council as a DuPage County representative. Jennifer will serve a three-year term.
Jennifer is the owner, Administrator, and Manager of Lilac House Senior Living residential Assisted Living home in Lisle.
“AgeGuide is thrilled to welcome Jennifer to the Advisory Council” said Marla Fronczak, Chief Executive Officer for AgeGuide. “We met Jen when she was AgeGuide’s Census Ambassador last year. She is an organized self-starter and made herself invaluable in her short time with us. We are excited to continue working with her in this new role on our Advisory Council.”
Jennifer is a family caregiver herself and has utilized the Older Americans Act funded Family Caregiver Services to assist in the care of her mother. She is a great promoter and advocate for AgeGuide’s programs for older adults with dementia. Her first-hand knowledge as a family caregiver of a person with dementia in addition to her role as administrator of a residential long term care residence in DuPage County will be an asset to the Advisory Council.

AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois is a nonprofit organization responsible for developing and coordinating a network of services for older adults throughout the eight county region. AgeGuide informs and advises public and private agencies and the general public of the needs of older adults living in the area, and acts as an advocate on their behalf. The Agency serves DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties.
