Lombard, IL – The Board of Directors of AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois has elected Greg Lind, of Geneva, to the Board as a Kane County representative. He has served on the Agency’s Advisory Council since 2016, and will now start a three-year term on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Lind is retired, after spending most of his career working for Hewlett-Packard as a Manager, Project Manager Professional (PMP), and auditor. In addition to serving on AgeGuide’s Advisory Council, he volunteers with the Kane Senior Council Home Delivered Meals Program and formerly with the Salvation Army Golden Diners program.

“AgeGuide is pleased to welcome Greg to the Board of Directors,” said Marla Fronczak, Chief Executive Officer for AgeGuide. “We appreciate all he has done for the Agency and Advisory Council. We look forward to having Greg’s knowledge, expertise, and perspective as an older adult volunteer on our Board of Directors.”

Mr. Lind has served on the Agency Operations and Planning Committees, and participated in the 2018 Board and Advisory Council Strategic Planning Retreat. AgeGuide believes his knowledge of the needs of older adults and of the home delivered meals program and his corporate experience will be great assets to the Board of Directors.
