These providers will continue coverage through May 14, 2023. On May 15, 2023, AgeGuide and IDoA are pleased to welcome Senior Services of Will County (SSWC) to the APS Network. SSWC will assume responsibility for all of Will County. Matt Arbanas will be the contact for the APS Program of SSWC.
The Adult Protective Services (APS) program conducts investigations and works with adults aged 60 or older and adults aged 18-59 with disabilities in resolving abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation situations. All APS agencies are contracted by the IL Dept. On Aging to perform this service.
“The designation of Senior Services of Will County as the Adult Protective Services Provider is a transition of services from the current provider, Guardian Angel Community Services.” Marla Fronczak, Chief Executive Officer of AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois said, “Senior Services of Will County is an established and trusted provider of older adult services in the community. We are confident this will be a seamless transition.”
