AgeStrong Kane will focus on providers in Kane County coming together to find ways to collectively serve older adults/caregivers and best meet their needs especially during these trying times dealing with COVID-19.
Aging services seem to be a “best kept secret” and many important community organizations and other entities who may come into contact with/work with older adults and caregivers don’t know what services and resources are out there and where to go for help. Information and resource sharing is a key priority for this event.
The event is open to any organization in the county who provides essential services and supports to older adults and their caregivers.
