Caregivers play an essential role in helping older adults and individuals with disabilities; however, navigating the many resources and services available can sometimes feel overwhelming. To help caregivers better understand the support available to them, AgeGuide is hosting Caregiver Connections: Navigating Resources & Supports, a free virtual seminar on Thursday, November 12, from 10:00–11:30 AM.

This informative event will highlight the vital role of caregivers while connecting attendees with tools and resources designed to support them throughout their caregiving journey.

Exploring Caregiver Resources and Innovative Supports

Attendees will learn about AgeGuide’s caregiver resources, including caregiver counseling and the GUIDE Program. A panel of experts will also introduce innovative supports such as Trualta, TCARE, Memory Cafés, and Stress Busting for Family Caregivers, highlighting ways these programs can help caregivers navigate challenges and access meaningful assistance.

The seminar will also feature an interactive Q&A session, giving participants an opportunity to engage directly with presenters, ask questions, and learn how to access caregiver supports in their communities.
