In September, we celebrate Senior Center Month! At Hanul Family Alliance, a group of older adults gathered with a shared sense of purpose and nostalgia to create a unique autobiographical book. Their meetings were filled with lively discussions as they went through old photographs, each image bringing memories and stories that had shaped their lives. The process not only allowed them to relive and document their pasts but also fostered a deep sense of companionship and mutual respect among them, celebrating their individual journeys and allowing them to connect with other people in the community.
